The Opportunity

Shelter Afrique — the pan-African housing institution backed by 44 African governments — has approved a ₦7.5B construction facility for Afrihood's Lagos pipeline. Before that capital is drawn, a defined set of pre-construction obligations must be met. This bridge funds exactly that work.

Return: 30% per annum, fixed. Paid at month 12 alongside principal.
Security: Legal charge over land assets valued at ₦360M+ — 180% collateral coverage. Formal loan agreement executed before funds are received.
Exit: Repayment backed by Shelter Afrique facility drawdown and pre-sales receipts, both expected within the 12-month term.
Minimum ticket: ₦10,000,000. No maximum.
