Becoming a Country CEO

Find out how Country leadership candidates are considered and appointed.

  1. Ask about the current opportunity for the named country and review its requirements.
  2. Describe your leadership experience, market knowledge and ability to build a capable local team.
  3. Complete the requested screening and approved disclosure steps.
  4. Review the Country appointment, objectives and delegated authority before accepting.

The relevant Board appoints the Country CEO. An application does not create the office, establish a Country company or commission an Area. Country leadership operates within its own evidenced mandate and the approvals reserved to the Board and independent professionals.
