The Cardinals is a small gated court of luxury smart and sustainable fully detached homes — large rooms, the highest quality of fittings, and defined spaces that make a house work for a whole family at once.
Four homes. Not forty.
A court of four fully detached houses, each on its own ground with its own walls, its own entrance and a private compound holding up to four cars. Five bedrooms, all en-suite, with a self-contained BQ. You will know your neighbours, and there are three of them.
A classical hand, done properly
Cornices, fluted pilasters and framed openings — carried by concealed cove lighting that draws the elevation at dusk rather than flooding it. Double-height glazing to the stair, deep window reveals, planted balconies. Detail is the whole argument at this level.
A court, not a driveway
The four homes address a lit fountain court with seating, planted beds and a professionally paved surface. It is the part of a small development almost everyone skips, and the part residents actually use every day.

Central pool fountain
A lit fountain with seating at the centre of the court — the shared ground the four homes address.
Royal gate house
A single manned entrance under an arched wrought-iron gate. One way in, watched.
Security-tight court
The court is enclosed and surveilled as one, rather than four houses each defending themselves.
Parking for four, privately
Each home has its own spacious compound holding up to four cars, off the shared court.
Underground biogas digester
Sewage handled on site through a biogas digester system — engineered in, not improvised later.
Paved and lit courtyard
Professionally paved and lit throughout, so the court reads as well at night as it does at noon.
Lavish greenery
Planted beds, mature trees and landscaping between the homes rather than left-over ground.
The Afrihood Standard
Nine certified gates on the build, and the mark carried only while the standard holds.

Ikeja GRA.
The Government Reserved Area is the address the Lagos Mainland measures itself against — and the reason is not fashion, it is what is already there.
Ikeja GRA is home to high-ranking officials and long-established families. It is neat, low-density, well policed and genuinely quiet — among the best places in Lagos to raise children, and one of the few where that claim survives a visit.
Everything a household needs sits inside the district: banks, the land registry, hospitals and schools. Malls, cinemas and restaurants are minutes away, and both airport terminals are in Ikeja — so the journey that quietly ruins most Lagos addresses does not exist here.
For the weekend there is the Ikeja Golf Club, established 1968, and the Lagos Country Club, established 1949. None of it requires crossing to the island, which is the part island addresses cannot answer.

The Cardinals is one of four courts funded by Afrihood's current round. We do not take money for a home before the land is secured and the approvals path is established — so this page exists to show you the scheme and to record your interest, nothing else.
What registering does. When The Cardinals releases, everyone who registered is contacted before the public announcement, with the specification, the pricing and the payment routes in full — including mortgage eligibility, where it applies. There is no deposit, no commitment and no obligation at this stage, and there is nothing to pay. Four homes go a very short way.
Land and title
Acquisition, with title perfected and the approvals path established before anything is offered.
Approvals
Statutory approvals obtained and the build programme fixed against them.
Release
Terms, pricing and payment routes published — registered interest is contacted first.
Construction
Delivered through nine certified gates by the in-house bench, to the Afrihood Standard.
