Access and trust
Public browsing, approved private disclosure and operating access are separate relationships. Verification confirms an authorised affiliation or record without granting unrestricted authority.
The platform's access model has three levels:
- Public browsing: explore approved public information, listings and opportunities without an operating account.
- Approved disclosure: receive a defined set of private information for an approved purpose, usually under a relevant nondisclosure agreement. This may use a recipient-specific access link without creating an operating account.
- Operating access: use the workspace and permissions belonging to an approved appointment, employment, purchase, tenancy or other engagement once its activation conditions are satisfied.
A nondisclosure agreement, or NDA, sets confidentiality obligations for a particular disclosure. Its content depends on the recipient, purpose, entity and information involved. Signing it does not grant employment, ownership, a corporate office or unrestricted access.
The same person may hold several relationships. A professional might also be a buyer, or a director may serve more than one company. Each relationship keeps its own scope; one does not create permission to use another's information or approve one's own work.
The Members directory lets the public verify approved professional, employment, corporate and delivery affiliations and the scope in which they apply. It is not a list of every account, buyer or tenant. Personal documents and private contact details do not belong in it.
Document references, payment details and official channels can be checked through the approved verification services as those services become available. A genuine affiliation does not authorise every action, and a genuine document reference does not prove that an altered copy is authentic. If a check cannot establish the relevant status, seek confirmation rather than treating silence as approval.
