People and participation
Leadership candidates, professionals, delivery partners and investors have different routes into Afrihood. A defined appointment or engagement establishes what each may do.
Afrihood brings together people with different purposes. The route into the platform begins with that purpose, not with a generic invitation.
Leadership and careers
The Country CEO office is responsible for market leadership and support for Area teams. The Area CEO office is responsible for local origination, commerce, customers and project delivery coordination. These describe the offices, not a claim that they are filled in every market. Published opportunities distinguish an open recruitment process from an expression of interest for a future role.
Applications feed the responsible body's assessment. Applying, being shortlisted or helping prepare a project does not itself appoint a person to office.
For the Area CEO path, selection begins a defined, unpaid mandate as an Area CEO-designate. The executive office, project-linked salary, sales commission and fully vested, non-voting Project Growth Shares activate only when the required commissioning and appointment conditions are met. The shares participate in the named project's distributable profit, not customer deposits, revenue or the whole of Afrihood. The approved instruments define the entitlement; selection alone creates none. Afrihood does not charge an Area CEO an entry or recruitment fee to join this path.
Professionals and delivery partners
Architects, engineers, surveyors, legal professionals and other specialists contribute within their qualifications and appointments. Contractors and vendors deliver an agreed scope. Agents operate under their authorised engagement and the applicable sales rules.
Qualification for a professional bench or supplier pool establishes eligibility for consideration, not an automatic contract, instruction or right to speak for Afrihood. An actual engagement names the responsible entity, scope, obligations and authority.
Land and investment partnerships
Landowners can propose a site or partnership for assessment. Investors, lenders and government representatives can seek information about a particular entity or project through the appropriate inquiry and disclosure route.
Readiness evidence supports consideration for finance; it does not guarantee a lender's decision, an investment return or a government approval. Interest remains distinct from a commitment.
